Yes. Each and every item on our website is 100% authentic and comes with the original tags, serial number and dust bags
unless specified in the item description. Once you have received your new item, feel free to have it authenticated by an

3. Can I be delivered at another address as my billing address?
We normally only accept to deliver to your billing address, the same address as the one registered by the bank issuing the credit card used
for payment. (Due to a high level of credit card fraud).
But if you pay by bank transfer, MoneyGram, Paypal "Verified" account or you pay with a credit card registered with
Verify by VisaŽ
or
MasterCard SecureCodeŽ
you can be delivered anywhere.

4. Is the VAT / sales tax included in the price?
Yes, the price you see displayed on the website includes the VAT. For all parcel delivered outide the European Community: You
can deduct 19.6% off the price displayed (to see all prices displayed without the sales tax, please click on the button "SALES TAX ON/OFF"). Please
note that you may be required to pay the sales tax applicable to your country / state once it arrives, we are not responsible
for such taxes.

6. Is your website secure?
Yes. To ensure the best protection and security for your payment you will be redirected to our online payment provider,
"CIC bank" a known international French bank or to the paypal payment page if you wish to use your paypal account.

7. How do I return my item?
You can return your item within 7 days after receiving the item.
You must notify us 48 hours after receiving the item and request a return number.
In the return package you must include the original receipt with the return number and return it to our administration office in France.

10. Are the goods insured whilst in transit?
Yes, the goods are shipped recorded delivery and fully insured. If you choose UPS/Express delivery, please ensure someone is
available to sign for the parcel. If you choose National Mail service, your parcel will be delivered by the Royal Mail in the
UK or the National Postal Services in other countries and will required a signature upon delivery.
11. Will the shipping rates vary depending on how many items I order?
You can order up to 4 eyeglasses and up to 3 sunglasses for a flat rate, for the leather goods it depends on the item but usually you
can order up to 2 to 3 bags for a flat shipping rate.
12. How long will it take for the order to be shipped?
We ship through UPS or National Mail Services.
Delivery times can vary from 1 up to 6 working days, depending on the shipping method you choose and your location.
13. Do you have a store?
We sell exclusively online, as in this way we are able to provide all our designer products up to 60% off RRP.
14. Do you have a catalogue?
We do not have a catalog as our product range is updated too frequently. We invite you to join our mailing list to be advised
