Five methods of payment for a flexible and secure purchase.
1. Credit cards - debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, all cards will be processed by our payment provider “CIC Bank”, a well known international French bank.
Once you complete the check out process, and have chosen to pay by credit cards, you will be redirected on the CIC Bank secured web site where you will be asked to input your credit card numbers, you may also be prompted to enter your private passwords with the “verified by visa” or “MasterCard SecureCode” system. At no time will we have access to your credit card information; they are never passed on to us.
Validation of you credit card payment:
All credit cards payments have to be screened by FIA-NET.com, an organisation that helps fighting credit card fraud and evaluate the risk of each particular transaction for us.
We recommend that you register your card with either
Verify by Visa®
or MasterCard SecureCode®
as it improve the security of the transaction and ensures that no one else can use your card online. If your card is registered, then the fraud screening is usually 99.5% of the time positive and your order can be validated right away.
For all other credit cads payment, we will require that you send us via email your proof of ID, address and card details.
FIA-NET.com evaluation results will be communicated to you in the second confirmation email that we send you within 12 hours of your order.
If we require additional proof of ID, your purchase will be dispatched after we have received them.

Please Note: credit card payment is only available to all Countries of the European Union, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Australia,
New Zealand. All other countriy residents must pay by bank transfer. If you reside outside the European Union, you do not need to pay

2. Cheque
Cheques are only accepted if they are issued by a French bank with an billing address located in France and in Euros.
3. UK Postal order MoneyGram®
If you reside the United Kingdoms, you can pay us by using the MoneyGram® system of the Royal Mail Post Office. MoneyGram® is more or less the equivalent of the normal Postal Order but for sending money internationally.
Please choose the method of payment “postal order” whilst on the check out pages. Once you have completed the check out process, you will receive an email within 12 hours giving you our account details that you will need to bring to the post office to complete the MoneyGram transfer. The MoneyGram® transfer must be completed within 5 working days of placing the order.
Your order will be dispatch the following day of receiving the funds on our bank account. No additional checks, screening or poof of ID is required if you are using this payment method
Please note: all fees charged by the post office link to the MoneyGram® transfer are to be paid by you and cannot be deducted from the total amount of your purchase

4. Bank transfer
To pay by bank transfer please choose the method of payment “bank transfer” whilst on the check out pages. Once you have completed the check out process you will receive an email providing you with our account details that you will need to bring to your bank to complete the transfer. The transfer must be completed within 6 working days of placing the order. The transfer will be from your account to a French account (but in your chosen currency, so you do not have to pay any extra currency change cost).
Your order will be dispatch the following day of receiving the funds on our bank account. No additional checks, screening or poof of ID is required if you are using this payment method.
all fees link to the transfer charged by your bank (if any as some banks do not charge anything) are to be paid by you and cannot be deducted from the total amount of your purchase.
5. PayPal
To pay with your PayPal account, please choose the method of payment “PayPal” whilst on the check out pages and once you have completed the check out process, you will be redirected to the PayPal web site where you will login and pay for your purchase.
Validation process of you PayPal payment:
1. If you have a « verified » account, then your order will be validated as soon as we receive notification from PayPal of your payment (usually within 10 min of your order).
2. If you do not have a « verified » account, then your order will have to be screened by FIA-NET.com an organisation that helps fighting credit card fraud and evaluate the risk of each particular transaction for us. For most payment above 130.00 EUR (150.00 USD or 100.00 GBP), FIA-NET.com may require that you send us via email or fax your proof of ID and address.
FIA-NET.com evaluation results will be communicated to you in the second confirmation email that we send you within 12 hours of your order.
If we require additional proof of ID, your purchase will be dispatched after we have received them.
Please note : Make sure that the delivery address that you enter whilst on our web site is the same the delivery address you enter in your PayPal account.
