All orders are shipped from France, we offer 2 services: National mail delivery and Express courier delivery (with either UPS or Chronopost).
All parcels are shipped recorded delivery, and fully insured.
Monday to Friday, all items are shipped the following day after the order is made and the payment has
been validated. We may try to ship the same day but it is not always possible.

* Express service : We mainly use the service of "Chronopost Express" for small articles (glasses and small leather goods)
and "Chronopost Classic" for larger articles (handbags mainly). At times when it is more appropriate we also use "UPS Standard".
The delays of delivery can vary from 24h to 72h for most worldwide location.

For all countries outside the EU (including Switzerland), you will not have to pay VAT / Sales Tax. If you want to see all the prices displayed without the sales tax, just
click on the button "Sales tax ON/OFF" on top of the left menu and all prices will be diplayed excluding the sales tax.

Return Policy
Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused conditions (including all original packaging and tags)
within 7 days for a full refund.
Before you return an item, you must notify us by emailing us at info@designerseven.com within 7 days of receipt and request for a return reference number.
In the return package, you must include the original receipt and write on it the return reference number supplied by us. We will not accept any return
item without the original receipt with the return reference number. If you prefer, you can call us on 020 8133 2850 (002081332850 outside the UK) and will talk you through the
return procedure.
You must return your item to our administration office in France.
Please note that the shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our errors. Otherwise all shipping cost will be charged to
you (cost of Courier special delivery if selected when purchasing item and cost of returning the goods to us). It will be your responsibility to
return the item in an appropriate and secure packaging; we recommend recorded delivery, as we do not take responsibility in damaged or lost items
in transit.
We will not accept any returned items that have been damaged, scratched, marks, that smell ( cigarette, perfume odours) or are in any way different
to the original conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item. All items are inspected and checked carefully before dispatch.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returns. Refunds will only be refunded to the same credit card or debit card used to make
the purchase and we will only issue cheques when payment has been made via this method.
